Women Coffee Queen

Staying sharp and wily at70 is easier then you think. All you have to do to give a lapsing memory that jolt is have three or more cups of coffee a day. A study by the French National Institute for Health and Medical research found that women at the ripe old age of 80, who drank three cups of coffee a day, were 70% less likely to have memory decline than those who sipped a cup or less. Men are not so lucky. Probably because women metabolize caffeine differently. Says study leader Karen Ritchie. Also on the plus side, the magic beans have beneficial effects against Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s. win-win all the way for coffee lovers.
