Quit Puffing Cigrettee

The list of smokers’ woes just got longer Infertility, lung cancer and heart disease apart, puffing away on a cigarette also cause age-related macular degeneration (AMD) – the leading cause of blindness. Researches at the University of Sydney’s Centre for Vision Research and Westmead Hospital found that smokers developed AMD when they were 69 years old, five years earlier than non – smoker. Another good reason to kick the butt.
